| We are international retailer. All our DVDs are selected to suit for the international market. 99% of the DVDs are region all and 90% of the DVDs are of NTSC format which can be played on DVD players worldwide. DVDs of PAL format can be played on computer and on DVD players in Europe. |

| We tries its best to carry a full inventory for every product we sell on our site. In rare cases, however, when you order a list of products that include items that are" Out of Stock," usually we can get the items from our suppliers in three business days and will ship the orders to you as soon as possible. |

| How to order? |
10 Simple Steps
(1) Register with c2c-china.com for free.
(2) Login to the c2c-china.com shop system. (Cookies must be enabled in your browser.)
(3) Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.
(4) Products you've added to your shopping card are saved there while you look at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
(5) In your shopping cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items to get a new sub-total. --> Please click "update" after each change to refresh the sub-total.
(6) To find out the total price including shipping, click "Check Out" (White link at the top right of the page, or button in the "Your shopping cart" window).
(7) The first checkout page is "delivery information" which enables you to view different delivery options. Choose one and in the box "Add comments" you can add special instructions about the delivery, e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.
(8) The second checkout page is "payment information". You can enter new shipping addresses here if you are drop-shipping. Choose whether you want to pay by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Click "continue" to see a final summary of your order.
(9) The third checkout page is "confirmation" ¨C your order is not submitted until you click "confirm order" on this page.
IMPORTANT: if you are paying by Paypal you MUST click the link after going through the Paypal site process, SO YOU COME BACK TO C2C-CHINA where you will see a page giving you a final receipt confirmation.
(If you didn't do this, we will receive your payment, but may find it difficult to connect the payment with a corresponding order. We probably will match it fairly easily in most cases but it could add extra delays to processing.)
(10) We will begin processing your order when payment is received. When processing begins you will receive an email notification. You will receive another email notifying you when the goods are dispatched.

| How can I remove an item from the cart? |
| Select the checkbox for cart to the left of each product and click update button.
(You can't do it by modifying the quantity to 0.) |

| How to change or add to an existing order? |
Please always ask us first if you wish to make changes to an order you have already paid for. We might already have sent it out; there is a 24 hour delay between dispatch from China.
Unfortunately it is not that easy for us to tweak orders, because if you change the items in the order, that will also change the shipping costs, often quite significantly just for one or two items.
If you want to add an item to your order to combine them and save on shipping, we actually recommend you just cancel the first order and place a new one as follows:
1. Instruct us to cancel the first order. We will confirm the credit on your account by email. Your old order invoice will stay visible on your account history for reference.
2. Make a new order with the same items as before and add in the new item(s).
3. Check out that new order and note the total including shipping.
4. Using Paypal or Bank Transfer pay the difference, i.e. New Total minus Old Total On Credit. In the comments for the payment reference the previous order number and any credit authorization notes we gave you (usually not necessary as we will know who you are.)
If you want to make changes, please let us know your instructions as soon as you can. If you email us asking about making changes we will hold the order until you have confirmed your instructions.

| How to cancel an order? |
1. If you have not paid for your order, we encourage you to contact us to cancel it.
2. If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items.
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
3. If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
4. If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees - please contact us.
5. If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be credited to your account to be used for your next order. If you would like a refund for any reason, please talk to us.

| How can I write and submit a product review? |
| After you buy an item, it would be great if you could let other c2c-china.com users know what you thought about it. At the bottom of each individual product page, fill in the form under write a review for it. You do not need to include your email or real name. |

| What if I need to return my order? |
1. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days of receipt in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges.
Dolls, CDs, Tapes, CD-ROMs, Videos, VCDs, and DVDs must be returned unopened in order to receive a full refund. Customized items, original folk paintings, collectible dolls, and clothes that have been washed or worn are not returnable. Please note that all on sales items, all sales are final and are not refundable or returnable.
2. ANY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
3. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
4. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expense. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can credit you only for items received back in our warehouse. After a return has been received, it will take 2-3 days to process. If a credit card was used for your purchase, refunds will be credited back to the same credit card.
5. If you request an exchange, we will send you the exchange only when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.

In order to assure the safe arrival of your package, we recommends sending all shipments registered(insured). The insurance charge is $1 fee for $100 amount to be insured. The minum charge is $3.

Tracking an order would increase the shipping cost, we recommends not to track an order.

| Can I pay by credit card? |
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, but we can't accept credit card payments directly without Paypal.
Paypal offers a secure method to send money from your credit card without telling online shops your credit card numbers. You can choose which method to use on the second-to-last screen of the online checkout process.

| What email address do I send my Paypal payment to? |
When paying by Paypal you can follow the C2C-CHINA checkout screens which will automatically take you to a secure payment screen in Paypal with your C2C-CHINA order listed.
If you need to send us payment and you've missed the chance to do it in that process you can just send the money (via Paypal "e-check") to admin@c2c-china.com, and remember to reference your order number in the comments.

| Do I need to pay tax or VAT? |
You don't need to pay tax for China Custom, but we can't guarantee you won't pay tax in your own country. However, we will try to help you avoid that.
According to feedbacks of our customers, only 1% of the orders need to pay tax in your own country.
